Leslie, Doug, and families, I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Bob's passing. He will be so greatly missed. I have many fond memories of him and your mom at family gatherings and camping trips with my parents. I remember one weekend mom and dad were camping at the R and R Ranch outside of Osceola, and Adam and I went to camp with them. Your dad, my dad, Uncle Arden, and Uncle Vernon went to town to get us something for supper on Saturday. That trip to town took over 3 hours and involved a few stops at other businesses before the grocery store. We could hear them coming before we saw them as they were all talking loud and laughing. Those wonderful, fun moments are the memories I will always carry with me of Uncle Bob. We wish you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts. Doug and Leslie, Our prayers and thoughts are with you at the passing of your father. Uncle Bob has a special place in my heart as when Dad (Clarence) went through his divorce, the three of us girls spent time living with Grandma and Grandpa Wolf and I remember Bob and Vernon still being around home at that time. As we grew older it was nice for most of the Wolf families to gather for dinners at Grandma and Grandpa's home in Thayer. The adults always had great fun playing cards. Leslie, Doug and families, I am saddened about Bob's passing. Bob and Phyllis were cherished friends of my parents, brother, and me. We shared many fun times that are wonderful forever memories. Who can forget taking turns cranking homemade ice cream and the bonfires? Bob will always be "Roberty Bob" to me and remembered for his fun-loving, devoted friendship. God Bless.
