Mary Josephine Bauer, age 69, of Newton died Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at USA Healthcare, Newton.
Mrs. Bauer was born March 13, 1938 at Greenwood, NB the daughter of the late Paul George and the late Marie Elizabeth (Eckery) Stander.
She was employed by Unique Beauty Shop as a Beautician.
She is survived by one son: Steve & Judy Bauer of Camas, WA
Sister of one sister: Eileen Whittlesey of Yakima, WA and three brothers: Jerone Stander of Ashton, NE, Richard Stander of Garrison, IA, Ernest Stander of Newport, RI
Calling hours will be Saturday from prior to services at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home, 310 N. 2nd Ave. E., Newton, IA. The funeral will be Saturday at 2:00 at Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home, 310 N. 2nd Ave. E., Newton with Rev. Michael Dack officiating.
Burial will be in Newton Union Cemetery, Newton on Saturday at 2:00 pm.
