Obituary of Bill Coady

Bill Coady, the son of Donald and Delia Stevens Coady, was born February 25, 1961 in Newton, IA. He graduated from the Newton Senior High School in 1979. On November 26, 1983 Bill was united in marriage with Justina Ham in Newton. Bill worked as a team leader in dependable care for the Maytag Company. He was with Maytag for 26 years. He received HVAC/R training from Vatterott College in 2008. Bill was most recently employed as an associate at T.P.I. He enjoyed carpentry, racing, football and spending time with his family and grandchildren. Bill passed away peacefully Friday, December 18, 2009 at his home in Newton. He was 48 years old. Bill was preceded in death by his mother in 1997; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Adele Ham in 2005; a sister, Sue Ann in infancy. Those left to honor Bill's memory include his wife, Justina of Newton; his sons, William "Luke" and Amy Coady of Newton and Gabriel "Gabe" Coady of Newton; his daughter, Chelsea and Brad Swarts of Newton; his grandchildren, Gentry and Hudson Swarts and "Peanut" Coady on the way; his father, Don Coady of Newton; his brother, Randy and Tina Coady; his sisters, Dawn Dee and Twilla Meador; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Tim Ham and Patti Garvin, Charles Ham, Sakie and Vince DiGregorio, Ron and Susan Ham and many other family and friends.
