Anna Marie Hansen, 56, of Newton, IA, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013, at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA.
A Time of Remembrances for Anna, will be at a later date, Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home in Newton have been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorials have been designated in Anna's name, and may be left at the funeral home, P.O. Box 576, Newton, Iowa 50208.
Anna Marie, the daughter of Robert John and Jeanett Barbara (Jeffries) Mussett, was born September 2, 1957, near Polk City, IA. She had attended the Newton Senior High School. A longtime resident of the Newton area, she was of the Southern Baptist faith. Anna devoted her life to her family and friends, and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Those left to honor Anna's memory include her husband Eugene S. Hansen of Newton; her sons: Eugene S. Hansen II and Mark Hansen, both of Newton; her three grandchildren; her brother Roy Mussett of Lee's Summit, MO; and many friends.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents.
