Obituary of Earl Keith Stuart

Earl Keith Stuart, 90, the son of Ona B. Stuart and Bessie Elizabeth Adams, was born December 2, 1920, near Kellogg. He was a high school graduate, Class of 1938. Keith had served his country with the US Army Air Force, during World War II. On June 6, 1943, Keith was united in marriage with Jean Angeline Brown in Lancaster, MO. A longtime resident of Jasper County area, he farmed for many years. He devoted his life to the loves of his life, his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and family. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, a good game of golf, was a 4-H leader, and for 20 plus years wintering at McAllen, TX with Jean. He was a past member of the Moose Lodge. Keith passed away Monday, Sept. 19, 2011, at the Skiff Medical Center in Newton. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son Lee Brian and a brother Carroll Stuart. Those left to honor Keith's memory include his wife Jean of Newton; his children: Evan (Jill) Stuart of Olathe, KS, Patricia J. (Morris D.) Van Baale of Newton and Dale J. Stuart of Des Moines; his ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; and his many friends.
