Bob I am so sorry for your loss. Sandra was the sweetest kind lady. She was so up beat & always had a smile.
Even though I did not know her very well she would make you happy just being around her. When I would think about her I always thought she had an inner light that she enjoyed her friends & all people she came into contact
with mattered to her. For many years my family always did business with the Hockstien Locker. Really good family.
She now is at peace & with her heavenly father so she don't have to hurt any more. This would be a wonderful
place if their were more Sandra's in the world. It was a pleasure to have been around her. Prayers to you & the
family that God will ease your pain.

I'm deeply saddened to hear of Sandy's passing. I thought of Sandy often and always wondered how she was. We shared so many wonderful memories growing up in Osceola and playing basketball. Sandy was tough in under the basket. And, if you even tried, you were bound to run smack dab into her. I remember a night Sandy and I went for a ride with Jenny D. to see some guy in Mt. Ayr, but we had to be back in Osceola to work the concession stand for a boys' game. Needless to say, when we arrived back at the gym, Sandy and I both kissed the ground and called our mothers to tell them how much we loved them. That was one crazy ride, but we always had fun -- the three of us. They also came to pick me up at home to catch the bus to Chariton one Friday after school. When they arrived, I quickly gathered my uniform and shoes and started out the door. Only, I missed the top step and tumbled the rest of the way. They went on to the school to catch the bus, and I went to the hospital to get my head sewn up. Although we did not keep in touch throughout the years, our memories never left us. So, my dear Sandy, go play basketball with Jenny. Tell her hello for me, and I will see you guys some day. Get out your white blazers and maroon pleated skirts! I have no doubt they will fit in heaven. Peace to your beautiful family. Mary Jo #25

So sorry to hear of Sandy's death. She was a wonderful woman and would do anything to help one another. She and I worked together with Newton's Girl Scouting program years ago in the early '80's. May God bless you as you mourn her death. I am so sorry for your loss.
