Obituary of Hashim Ali Yezdi
Please share a memory of Hashim to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Trevor Eugene Darr was born on April 12, 1989, raised in California and relocated to Iowa.
Upon moving to Iowa Trevor met Renee and was looking forward to visiting his family in California this summer to see his grandmother and family.
Trevor was a loving, kind, gentle, respectful and hard working man. He has worked in the past within the food industry, yard work (landscaping), trash services, and most recently with construction. Trevor helped in his free time remodeling homes with his recently added Iowa family. Trevor modeled for fun in a recent picture removing plaster and lath. Trevor was eager to learn everything he could. Trevor enjoyed working outside despite his fair skin and would always ensure that he was wearing sunblock and or his new straw hat.
Trevor loved his family and spending time with them. Trevor enjoyed listening to music (Michael Jackson, Drake, Eminem, KC and Jojo, 2Pac and many more). Trevor was a Denver Broncos fan and enjoyed the cabin at Lost Island Lake. Trevor was not able to acclimate to the harsh Iowa winters until he started working for Dodds. Most recently Trevor started watching Gilligan's Island with Renee and he really liked Gillian. Trevor shared fond memories of his dog Hennessey, and loved animals, dogs, cats, and really wanted to own a micro pig.
Trevor was loved by many and is survived by his mother Kathleen Penkal of Glendora, CA, father Timothy Darr of Sacremento, CA, his siblings Hassian Yezdi of San Diego, CA, Kazim (Christina) Yedzi of Des Moines, IA, Lucas (Ralena Pinkard) Darr of Sacremento, CA, Zahira Yedzi (Jeff Wilson)(Eric Roybal) of Sacremento, CA, and Fatima (Silvio Verbis) Yezdi of Benecia, CA. Uncle to Nathan Curtright, Mattias and Regina Yezdi, his maternal grandmother Jean Garow of Gendora, CA., His Girlfriend Renee Parsons of Newton, IA, Renee's three daughters Ashlie (Ronnie) Bragg, Breanna Bragg, and Samatha Bragg all of Newton IA, Renee's two granddaughters Taryn and Aubree, her parents, sisters, and extended family.
Trevor and Renee's love for one another outweighed the legalities of not being able to be united in marriage, they lived together and shared their love with each other until Trevor was tragically separated way too soon from our presence here on earth.
Let us not dwell on our loss but to remember the blessing of having Trevor in our lives.
