Remembering Joyce: I met Joyce when I was probably around 14 years old. You know how you buy a burger and fries at a fast food restaurant it does not really taste like a burger you make at home? The first time I was at her house she made me a cheeseburger and fries and they tasted just like fast food and at 14 years old I was VERY impressed and never forgot that burger and never will. Funny how you remember some things and what impresses you a certain ages. We were buddies for the next 40 years and every time we crossed paths it was like a race to see who could start giving the other one a hard time first. Some people don’t know how to take my sarcastic sense of humor but she would catch it and return fire before I knew what happened. I lost a great friend here on earth…
