Obituary of Richard H. Wilson

Richard Hale Wilson, 60, passed away peacefully Sunday evening, Nov. 27, 2011, in the Monarch Wing at Skiff Medical Center in Newton. There are no services planned at this time for Richard. Pence~Reese Funeral Home in Newton, have been entrusted with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorials have been designated in Richard's name to Progress Industries. Richard, the son of Hale Richard Wilson and Grace Lillian King Wilson, was born February 10, 1951, in Des Moines. He worked in the Sheltered Workshop at Progress Industries, 1983 till 2006. Richard's guardian, Janice Berry would like to give a big Thank's to all of the staff at the Baxter Health Care, Progress Industries and Jasper County Care Facility, for all their care and love they showed Richard over his life time. Richard was preceded in death by his mother Grace Wilson. Those left to honor Richard's memory include his father Hale R. Wolson of Des Moines; his brothers: Bill Wilson of California and Hale Wilson Jr. of Des Moines; his sisters: Kelly Wineland of Des Moines and Nancy Webb of Oregon; his friend and guardian Janice Berry; and his many friends.
