Barb and I worked at the Newton YMCA for a few years at the front desk. She changed my life in so many ways. I am stronger for knowing her and always respected the she spoke her mind. She was one of the most kind and generous people I knew. Especially when it came to her kids and grandkids. She adored them and everything they did. I will never forget the day that Rachel was crowned Homecoming Queen, just like Barb had been herself. She was elated! Her grandchildren were her pride and joy! Her smile warmed the heart of everyone she met and knew. I will never forget what an amazingly beautiful and wonderful woman she was! Rest In Peace my dear friend. Much Love to all of you!
