With Karen being my mom's best friend for around 25 years, Karen was like a 2nd mom to me. She was a kind and generous soul, and her passing leaves a big empty space in our lives. She will be forever in our hearts and missed greatly.

I am an employee of Newton Health Care and saw Karen everyday. I miss the way she would laugh at me and the way we would joke with one another. She was an inspiration to other residents I do believe. Rest in peace dear friend
