The thought of Mrs. Potter brings back many childhood memories. She was my 4th grade teacher in 1975. A true fixture of the Colfax School District. She was very dedicated to teaching and her students. She could be firm when needed without ever raising her voice, but she was always lovingly there when you needed her help. My thoughts are with you.
Bruce, sorry to learn of your mothers passing. Joni and I wish you and your family the best.

Wonderful memories of Ms. Potter from all the years that I ran the Bingo at the American Legion. Knew Harry well also and they will both be missed sorely.
