We have lots of great memories with the family. Donna was a great 2nd grandma to Teah & Ty when they were little. Boy how time flies. Its been awhile since I've seen Donna but my Heart is broke knowing that shes gone. My thoughts & prayers are with the family at this time of loss. We love you. Sincerely Robin Forst & family
Dear Uncle Don, Mary, Rick and family: I wanted to write you because I am unable to be there with you all on this day of laying aunt Donna to rest. I have been in prayer and thought of you all. It seems that after dad died, so much changed and our families didn't get together as we always had when he was alive. Nevertheless, your family, who are my family, have never ceased to be part of the first building blocks of my life as a child. I have many memories of aunt Donna in my earlier life. I believe that we were blessed to have the family we had to begin our life off and to grow into young adults with. There are many memories of spending Christmas and Thanksgiving with your family, summer vacations at your house, and one of my favorite was that of aunt Don's homemade chocolate pudding. I remember the weekends that dad would come in and announce, "Lets go to Solon to see Don and Donna." You all were the only ones that still call me George even today if our paths cross. Aunts and Uncles and Cousins are a huge part of a child's life and not easily forgotten. Please know that I love you all so much and I'm so glad to know that aunt Donna will be with us in heaven and I will reminince with her again. God has been good to us as many in our family have come to know Jesus as their savior and we will continue to be a family into eternity. Although our time on earth is short, it is purposeful in building us into the people we become later in life. I love you all, I pray that God is closer than ever today and always, I pray you will be able to celebrate the life that Aunt Donna lived and what it meant in your everyday lives. May this day be sweet in spirit although sorrowful as you remember. God Bless the family this day.
